well i was told by paul giles that the APS stuff was promoted by someone who was paid a debt with a large block of stock, it's good to hear about the stocks when they become unrestricted, kinda gives me a better outlook; ps i did do alot of DD on this stock before i bought in so large, what i didn't understand at the time was the APS bs, and the timelines, if you look at the early PR releases they sounded (i'm sure purposely) that all this production, and mandates was set to begin, that the talks were farther along than they actually were, all in all i feel better now i know that they can't just dump their shares the end of november, i do feel that no country, state, or municipality is going to mandate a product that doesn't exist yet GO FARE!!!!
