I do not know what world you live in but a proposed bill that won't even make it past its own committee is very far from an act of Congress and what is happening right now.

This would've went under 1.00 today they didn't want it to so they got as close as they could to shake shares. If anybody believes this is going in going down the drain I'll buy your shares now at this price cash.
