Apparently its inconsequential now anyways as TECO has yet to prove any commercial oil yields.

All the ruling does is provide the GOB with a longer carrot to dangle to get companies exploring Belize on their own dime.

TECO has learned the hard way how costly it is to poke holes in the ground without science as a navigator. Spending shareholder $$$$ recklessly and frivolously with nothing to show for it.

I feel bad for everyone trapped in this nightmare.
