The price is being manipulated. The company flooded the market with 6M shares with that offer. The good news is that the company is not hurting for money. There is nothing wrong with Pascoe. It is going to take one country to launch Vitaros OR an announcement of a major partnership.

Oh, and don't margin this stock...but I won't lecture anybody on that. You are much better off losing a little by buying options.

There has to be another shoe to drop here. This Pascoe guy reminds me of the COE of another bad investmetn I made called VDOT
