Actually there's multiple articles that states that this is a bad idea and if it were to happen it wouldn't occur for at least a 5-10 year period. Also there are multiple other bills from Senators that are going to challenge this bill that haven't been presented yet. This is the 1st inning of a 9 inning ballgame.
