So to put this into perspective this contract is 4X ARYC's current market cap of 4.1M and the stock jumps .02¢. With 28M OS shares this contract, worth $16.8M, represents .60¢ per share with no PE.

Can you imagine if Apple, IBM, Cisco or any company got an order for 4X their market cap.

What am I missing?
