MYEC!! can sign a million option agreements! But the payer has to chose it out of a hundred other options!! These companies would let any payment processer throw there symbol in the pot!! But someone has to chose it!! To much competition!! Old technology!!

For Starrs to be selling he would need to be filing form 4's. I don't see any, and they are a reporting pink so he has to do so.
