Don't avoid the issue. The company is a lowlife scam enterprise just as I stated, and the only ones claiming anything about shorting is the CEO who is watching his company go down the sewer (where it belongs by the way). You can rob a 7-11 and make money as well. Some people have scruples when they invest in companies that do good. You prefer to brag about taking advantage of folks who were screwed over by viaticals.
