This is a public company. When a public company submits these kinds of filings they are obligated to back them up with some sort of explanation to the shareholders. You don't just null and void all of your changes to the share structure in the last few years without some clarity about where it stands afterward. Stuart is not the one to address this. "Oh, I talked to the company and..." is not a good enough answer. ESPECIALLY IN THE PINKS.
