#3927 RE: MagicWhitePipe #3917

MagicWhitePipe says:

) There has been no field testing beyond 24 hour period 'testing' with a flawed method. For me, my doubt is well grounded in the fact I am in this industry. Every other doubt is just basic common sense. And once again, RMOTC did not fabricate the data.. they simply signed off on it. What is so hard about that to understand? They did not create the test, they did not create the procedure or anything of the sort. They provided a rented facility. AS I have said before, I could bring them a box, not plug it in.. but have them test power coming out one side of it. They sign off that is true. Does that mean I have created perpetual energy or some new energy source? So Cecil didn't "buy off the DOE". He rented their facility, and their people signed off on results

I say:

Let's bury this nonsense once and for all. I have previously posted a link to an article which quotes Michael P Whelan:

"PRCI and STWA are entering into a contract to co-fund the field testing at the U.S. Department of Energy's Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center," stated Michael P. Whelan, PRCI's director of Facilities Programs at PRCI."

"Our members have identified the AOT as having potentially significant impact, and STWA has been successful in bringing together a set of project participants that we feel will allow a rigorous evaluation of this technology." He added, "The project team of STWA, Colfax Corporation and the PRCI member oil pipeline representatives has established a final site design and actionable test plan, enabling a go-ahead for work at the DOE facility."

The Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) is a research consortium comprised of the world's leading energy pipeline companies and vendors, service providers, equipment manufacturers and support organizations to the pipeline industry. PRCI is a unique forum within the worldwide energy pipeline industry, delivering value to its members and the industry through the development and deployment of new solutions to the design, construction, integrity, operational, maintenance and regulatory challenges that face the energy pipeline industry. Its members include 33 energy pipelines around the world that transport natural gas, crude oil and refined products.

I have pointed this out to you before. DOE, Colfax Corp., and PRCI are not simply bystanders in this process. The test site was built for STWA. It was not just a simple rental. DOE's mission is not to make a few bucks from renting their facilities and their employees' valuable time. "RMOTC is an energy testing center with unique capabilities, partnering with industry and academia to field test a broad range of products and processes in a real-world environment."

What part of the term PROJECT TEAM don't you understand? What part of "a RIGOROUS evaluation of this technology" don't you understand? When that project TEAM has established a final site design and actionable test plan, how does that square with your statement "he rented a facility, and their people signed off on results".

Why do you persist with this criticism when it doesn't fit the facts??????

To paraphrase another poster, who you gonna believe Micheal P Whelan or MagicWhitePipe.

P.S. Your box example really did make me laugh out loud.
