I had that impression also. Could be that the PPS at buyout is the price of the stock at the close of the day of -- might be why it's been kept so low? Why would anyone offer more than the market price in a buyout? Now if they go back to when trading stopped --- or further --- we might have something there.

Hoping for $3 pps from GBG!

Ok, I am joking but I would be very pleased with .30 pps! Anything over a penny and I will make a little profit. But not be overly happy unless we see at least .15 pps!

PS R...as you gave me the idea regarding the $3pps; .03 pps just does not get me excited.
