Then why did you post the following pertaining to WDDD's 8K describing the details of the financing? The "floorless" issue was clearly revealed in that document? In fact camk had raised that issue with this board.

Hudson Bay's involvement is not just good, but great because these institutions will bring in big money investors and these tutes wouldn't have gotten involved unless they felt great confidence in WDDD's case. The $2.3 million isn't squat in the big picture, but adds confidence. This will be fully digested over the weekend and then I think Monday will be a big day, the biggest so far. Without institutional investment, you have nothing. With it ? A shot at real PPS appreciation. Read the 8-K thoroughly and I think you'll come away with a different mindset. If not, you can always chase the stock higher once you realize what actually just happened. Buying at .50 .60 or .70 will still provide a fabulous entry.
