A director resigned yesterday.Don't know how material that is.

Clearly the stock has been selling off as to why I'm not sure.Might have something to do with China trying to get away from their dependence on coal.

Also the Umiat Alaskan Oil field,debatably their prime assett is going to take more $$$ to develop than initially projected.

smooth so company has stated exiting coal and are on top of huge reservoirs of Aussie Oil. Are you still following this play??
