I've done this already but here you go. Brian Bonar was the President and is the Chairman of Allegiant. Read the 8k submitted by his curret scam. It refers to his previous companies. Apro was his immediate prior company (as in it is a dead do nothing company).

The liens are in excess of $40 million dollars. That is a big amount of debt to take on for a R/M canidate.
