i agree thermo, if the OS was 500 m or even higher, this little gem should still be trading at a dime imo... lol
all of us have seen some very bloated share structures trading above where we are now & not nearly the potential this one has.
its all good tho, this rocket ship will take off soon enough & pps will show its true valuation. doubters & haters will only wish they would've held or bought more imo.

But, it isn't 500 million. Why don't you go through the Notes and calculate the shares from the Convertible Notes.

I am going to guess you haven't taken those into account.

I just looked at my list of promoted stocks - there are 9 today and only two had a O/S greater than SKTO.

Then I went back a few months and I have 45 promoted stocks and only 7 have a O/S greater than SKTO.

So your 500 million O/S is very low statement is just another post without any facts to back it up.

Anyone in pennies "more than a couple plays" knows even 500 million is very very low.
