True that! All deals by Hipple/Jan controlled companies with Hipple/Jan created "companies" and some "deals" are with "companies" that aren't real legal companies at all, just a name.
Been at least 3 names of "companies" thrown around and even being a registered agent for a couple "companies" that are legal.
For instance "CFOs to go" does "business" in Florida and is listed as a registered agent, but no registration in Florida.
PharmaJanes and Simple Prepay, I believe both claim to do "business" or claim an "office" in California, but no registration.
Seems the only ones getting the business at SKTO/AEGY are investors.
