Tank, first question you had about unaudited Q. I believe the quarter filings are not required to be Audited, only the 10K year end !!!!

Tank, your question is about the old debt from last year under the old Management ! I believe when the old CEO took over SWRF the existing debt from nature vision was to be taken care of by there old CEO, somehow that was pushed off to SWRF. I believe thats why Clark did a JV instead of a full Merger to protect our assets from gravy grabbers that don't deserve anything, and just sit back like Vulchers wait to swoop in !!!! I am not happy about the amount of time it has taken (been in over 3 yrs) but I like Clark's style, transparentcy, straight forward, no hidden agenda IMO !!!!!
