Hasn't been many shorts covered thus far. They're money is still riding on the judge screwing VRNG. Somebody's gonna lose, and I hope they lose BIG TIME! IF the Court awards at least 5% of 20.9% they're going to have to run for cover. Just getting that awarded should cause an explosion, IMO. Maybe this will be the week.
I'm kinda thinking his Orders get uploaded in the morning, whenever they come out. I believe the majority have come out in the morning, as I recall. You just never know. We should know soon. I just hope he doesn't set the RR motion for oral argument. That would suck! He didn't indicate he wanted any oral argument, but he's slept a LOT of nights since making that ruling. I just wish whatever to hell he's gonna do he'd go ahead and do it. Time to S*** or get off the pot! I'm not sending him any sausages unless I send a bottle of Milk of Magnesia along with them. LOL
