Will you please explain why the court case didn't go well?

It's my opinion that I-1 was the main contributing factor to the convertible debt. Had we not lost our ass there, we would've been able to payoff some or all of the toxic debt. Or if we didn't invest in the first place, we'd obviously be much better off.

Volk knows that time is a factor and like he disclosed, WGAS has to meet the terms of the loan, which is probably mainly based on VM-179. I don't believe that Volk would be taking all the steps he has only hoping to get VM-179. I think he must have a great chance of getting it and he is going to move forward as quickly as possible.
