I am in the same boat as you RBK 3 would be very nice more would be a dream come true...I just hope GBG and the BRP have 3+ left in them after Friday. As Tom Petty sings it "The waiting is the hardest part". As per my last post an excellent offer is out the window...the creditor's would not call an extension on that so we are left with a good or bad offer on the table...fingers and toes crossed for a good one. I am siding with a good one because the first delay was due to GBG the second due to the creditor's so there are a whole lot of people looking and thinking hard about what is on the table.
