I agree DB...why would JB do a RS. 103 million shares O/S. He has no need for cash yet since the JV cash goes into the bank. A few JV's and we should be good for a while. I can't see JB selling shares until a big deal comes along or the PPS is much higher. He is looking out for us shareholders.
