The company hasn't filed in three years. It is doing no business as their line of business was providing Worker's Comp Insurance and their carrier not only droppped them but are suing them for illegally selling their policy.

They also have a lein against them from the Internal Revenue Service as Brian Bonar companies have not remitted tens of millions in payroll taxes.

By the way it is a Federal Offense to withhold payroll taxes and not remit them. Expect indictments soon.
