"We are waiting on receiving the new certificate that represents your shares. Once we receive this we will be able to update the system to reflect the new number of shares. This time can depend on how long it takes the company to issue the new certificates to us. As soon as we receive them we will update your account. This can take several weeks."

It's been several weeks.
