I CAN TRULY RESPECT YOUR OPINION!
It is unfortunate that SG was not a little more forthright with being a bit more transparent as of the last couple of years as he was before the name change from Elysium.
That may sound like a reduntant complaint, but it is essential, especially, if he is sincere about what he is really trying to do & accomplish to get this business off the ground, setting it on a righteous path that will have a foundation moving forward.
There are a certain amount that are still faithful, hopeful, to achieve a return on their initial investment concitering all the time, & especially, money that has been invested from all involved.
The other group that are holding are just hoping to return that amount that they started out with, to get out & move on, & rightfully so.
Vey importantly, there were so much more whom were quite supportive in what the original idea/concept that SG had going on believed as he did & looked forward to following SG going on sites where a CEO will go on & talk about promoting the company & what its all about.
The opportunity to get ones business concept & explain the significant, but unique niche that TheDirectory.com, Inc. has to offer businesses &/or shareholders.
Whether he loses face with some shareholders was going to happen, one is not going to make everyone happy, because the direction/plans of (SEEK) has not been going as well as forecasted is normal & everything does not always go according to plan.
Setbacks are the constant, but it is the adjustment that puts us in that category from being an effectionist rather becoming a causationist!
Some of that can be easily dismissed if he had continued to be honest, but whether his judgement has been clouded due to ego, or something else all together is a question best answered by SG himself.
