Well, as far as I know the DEA and SEC wasn't contacted until Friday about these specific issues. Specifically about Berkeley Bio.

It will be interesting to hear a response from the SEC about SKTO and the illegal lap - it might be that the DEA started trying to find Berkeley Bio - but the location should be public record - very odd.

This should be fun.
