I think it's July 30th or August 30th. It does seem like the appropriate time to announce a merger and ticker symbol change since it would be in between quarters. Although, since the economy seems to be in a downtrend at the moment it might be wise to disclose the merger ASAP to go against the current flow of things. In other words I have no idea. Rofl.
