According to the filings the outstanding share count went from 1.1 billion on September 15th to 1.4 billion on April 15th to 2 billion by May 20th and yet Steve had the gall to show up on the board during that period and say "Obviously we are not dumping shares".

Obviously you were dumping shares Steve. I feel sorry for those who read his post on February 14th and bought in with the belief there would be no more dilution. How pathetic.
