I suspect you will get answers along the lines of: big pharma trying to stifle innovation, only few here really understand the science, sabotage, mm and/or hedge fund trying to keep a lid on it, a potential BP keeping the price down to accumulate cheap shares, etc. Truth is clearly ... the jury is still out. Potential catalysts include: strong upcoming first line, getting a pharma partner, getting break through designation. Weak mgmt., huge dilution from ATM selling past 3-4 years and non-bio bod have not helped nor did the botched trial. The shares would seem to have limited downside of say 50% and a lot of upside should any of the big events come in. A cheap lotto ticket for sure, just wouldn't count your winnings in advance as many are want to.
