no one especially activision cares about wddd's market cap! lol..let alone their lawyers.
their lawyers were hired to look at the validity of the case and defend their client, which they clearly are doing very well as they are looking at facts.
i am sorry you are long in this and have lost money, i don't wish that on anyone, I have lost money on VRNG and am holding / hoping it works out but its based on alot of diligence and views on the legal aspects of the case.
what i have see is what i noted before. patent plays have alot of risk. any extra risk is met by sell offs/shorting/manipulation
this company has an incredible amount of risk until such point as the issue brought up around the timing of the patent registration is dealt with. and clearly markman as well
until BOTH of those are dealt with, i wouldn't touch this because manipulators will control it, unless you're going to trade it..
