RS would never happen. Company has never done it and would not make make any money rs ing it as there is not a ton of shares and shareholders to begin with. I believe they will or us with all new stuff, get promos to get this run big, then eventually dilute this, but that's not for a long time. They need to build confidence to get a ton of shareholders and their money so they can use it to help them get out of debt and to merge. Has to go up first in order to go down.
That I cant tell u...But I can tell u something is holding the initial deal up...An R/S does seem to be the most plausible...But who knows???...I'll tell u if u havent already figured it out I'm still quite skeptical...
