agree on all points take. ONCI said they are looking to merge at the right time after their restructuring, which they are in the process of now. What this means is that they are looking forward to do the merger when it's the right time. Joe is right in that the situation was/ is screwed up. ONCI is looking to clear it up and merge. It looks better and better for the merge and if it does, this will be a monster to remember. Always need to be cautious and anything can happen, but my money is on a huge merger and great things to come out of it.
