thanks i understand that.

the issues i asked about is there have been threads/comments on:

1. Iriquos and a dilutive financing

2. Another potential dilutive financing down the road

those all impact the pps if the market believes them/ are material issues on the horizon.

all the people jumping on me don't have the answers to that, clearly.
