Indeed and that is not to mention the extreme nightmare of having to build a replacement (reinventing the wheel), depending heavily on private capital that before made a mess of things and ran out when the going got tough, increasing the cost of owning and financing a homeownership, adding 3 trillion in liabilities to the government books and their management of the assets, making backstop for catastrophic loss on the backs of taxpayers and calling it the full faith and credit of the United States and.......a nightmare....
