A very nice set-up. Lounges on those Florida beaches while he aquires more toxic financing and waits on those permits. A nice tidy package to sit back and collect 150 grand a year, that should help with his "expenses" whatever they may be. Some light just may have been shed on those expenses that the company CEO may have though.
