OK my understanding is the SECs end of it expired after the suspension. I dont think its up to them, I dont know. I think its the number of mkt makers that will deal with it. I will contact the pink sheets this week and see what the skinny is. I dont know about the legal end seems like someone said in a provious post there is only one MM dealing this stock. So we basically have no market. If any one wants to bail or buy we are at the mercy of who knows. It seems like the time line is about right to get back on. The co. been punished enough if the SEC is involved it will be resolved. The technology will overwhelm anything. Delivering 2 billion tagged products next month. I see dollars am I seeing things? Tex.
