Mr. Punit S. Dhillon co-founded OncoSec Medical Incorporated on March 10, 2011 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since March 10, 2011. Mr. Dhillon was a Co-Founder of Inbalance Network Inc. He has over 12 years of senior management experience in the biotech industry. He served as Vice President of Finance and Operations of Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 2008. He was responsible for the implementation of Inovio's corporate strategy, including achievement of annual budgets and milestones. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Auricle Biomedical Corp. He has experience in management and venture capital investment strategies in the areas of early and late stage development companies in the health care sector. Mr. Dhillon joined Inovio in September 2003 and has played a vital role in various corporate finance projects, including management of financing transactions, as well as day-to-day management of operational functions. He served as Executive Director of Finance and Operations of Inovio Biomedical Corp. Mr. Dhillon worked for Catalyst corporate finance law firm, where he assisted early stage technology companies with capital financings and listings on the Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange and served as its Law Clerk. From 1998 to 2001, he served with MDS Capital Corp., (now Lumira Capital Corp.) and served as a Consultant to several early-stage health and life science companies. He serves as a Director of OncoSec Medical Incorporated. He served as a Director of Auricle Biomedical Corp. since June 1, 2007. Mr. Dhillon holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honors, in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
