Invesor is a good guy and highly intelligent. I agree with his remarks. The only way Nio moves forward is to raise capital to do different studies on the property. If they are successful, the JV partners will have to increase their price in case of a buyout or the split will be in favor of NIO on a joint venture.
Hopefully the PP will not include any convertible financing but after checking, that should not be the case. I believe early to mid-July should be when we get some news. The wait has been brutal.
