putting money back into the company does not lower the profitability of a company.

if you think that this is lower profit, what until you see the restated financials - they are all going to have substantial losses.



They did grow in sales..

Don't you think that the profit is lower because they put the money back into the company to fill the larger orders?

That's my point. Anyone can grow sales. Just sell at a loss! In this case, in the past two quarters (not Q1, because they are late filing), the company's profits sunk. Plus, the cashflow is horrible. Look at what they do to fund themselves. I have seen crack-hoes resort to less ugly things to get their fix...
