Maybe I wasn't clear, but the company grew sales but profits fell. It doesn't generate cash. It has to borrow from Shannon's Dad and pay him back (through the back-door) at >10X. It has to engage in cold-calling Seeking Alpha members to beg them to purchase convertible notes that include cheap warrants and a high rate of interest. Growth in cashflow would be nice.
hmmmm, you seem to have forgotten that it was AVTC themselves that claimed that they needed at least $5.0 million in capital to fund this year's growth.
What is it that's so expensive to fund their growth?
