NMKT is most certainly a tax loss candidate for anyone who has taxable gains. Yes, they are at risk that NMKT could be much higher in the next 30 days, but some investors are probably willing to take that risk.

Buying during this time can be good if you are willing to take the risk it goes lower until Dec. 30.

OR some may just move on for good.
