I would agree to that. Someone is trying to prop the price up so
it does not cause a full blown sell off. There has been all you can eat shares available at .0050 for months, so clearly everyone agrees that price is too much and since no one will offer anything even close to that price we all agree the real price the stock is worth is more like .0010-.0020 where we might find some buyers.

So you are correct, everyone is trapped in the stock unless they want to sell some shares at 50% or more discount from here.
