I'm thinking that the folks that are making the loan get the interest and 45% of the net that the mine profits.

We need to read the actual loan documents to understand what is really going to happen. The 8K is just the highlights.

This is true! Just rough examples, to help some understand!

Lower over time sure, but with royalties/or divs may stay close to the same over time...If the deal gets completed then we will be able to break down the details of the loan further!
