13 MILLION plus shares is not "no volume". That's actually close to $10,000 in transaction on DUTV. From the direction of the pps (down) it's clear that those transactions for primarily selling into the bid.

Downward pps on 13 million shares is an overall indication of lack of confidence in the stock, especially with many previous days of much less volume (read much less buying or selling).

If the current DUTV pps is to make the jump to multiples (5, 10 or 20) it will need unimaginably spectactular news. Apparently you believe its coming.

Only time will tell.
