Response from the company was check to transfer agent for fees and if you want you can send cert's back to Citadel but you dont have to, transfer agent already has master list for the issuance resolution. Gary has taken care of it all. What a swell guy :-)
I just got off the phone to Island Stock Transfer. If shareholders want to save some cash, I suggest all shareholders actually call them. If you include a return envelope in with your package, the cost is much lower and the fee depends on the type of preferred share you hold. D class is cheaper. I believe we do need to send our preferred share certificate to Citadel but I am waiting for a response on this.
