Not sure what you are asking about the lawyers being signed off?

Everyone agreed to the plan some time back, there are some loose ends to be tied up but nothing major and we are out of BK and can act like a real business without having 30 lawyers and the court having to approve even the smallest thing.

I can't promise you guys that the future will be absolutely smooth sailing, I am sure we will have bumps in the road but we have absolutely honest, smart, dedicated hard working leadership who are invested right along side us and who are committed to turning our company into a successful enterprise.

I can promise that I will always be completely honest with you guys be it good, bad or ugly, (I'm almost sure there will be bad and ugly at times) but I think the vast majority of shareholders will appreciate the truth, be it good or bad.

I'm sure there will be times when information can't be revealed as quickly as everyone wants for strategic business reasons, so you may get the occasional no comment, but hope our team and I have built up enough trust that you will understand that as well.

The mining business is extremely complex, there are seemingly endless steps to finding, studying, acquiring, financing and developing a successful project and it takes patience as an investor for it to pay off. I have met many of you guys in person and spoken to hundreds of y'all on the phone over the past few years and have truly enjoyed our interactions. We have done something truly amazing and I am proud to have been a part of it and look forward to our future together.
