Ironic that Treaty isn't even following their own promises. Right? Because whispers are being spread. Just like last time.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

Treaty has stated that after their last problem they would comply with the GOB and not issue or even whisper anything about finding any oil until the GOB confirmed it and OK'd a PR

I cant even make this stuff up.

No, I haven't forgot. All Treaty has to do is show the GOB the findings with the logs to back it up and presto a PR can then be released...

They just can't make outrageous claims as they have before. I am sure that if Treaty went to the GOB a said they found nothing the GOB would have no problem with them informing the investors of that fact.
