thanks for the effort, appreciate it. Dennis needs to put out the share structure, and switch to a TA that gives this info out, bottom line.

If he really things there are shorts out there, naked or not... convince the retail market of that by getting the share structure transparent. If the market can see that the OS is not growing with this trading that looks like dilution, then people will buy. With no share structure other than the authorized number available fron the NV SOS, any real buying pressure in held in check,

I am more and more convinced that there actually is a naked short position here. I've learned many times that just because mm's are not supposed to do something actually means nothing to them. As in the case of BCIT everyone from mm's to the brokers (AT, Etrade etc) and everyone in between DID what they were not supposed to do and then pointed fingers at everyone else. It is obvious that when it comes right down to it, everyone in the pink and otcbb market will do what they want when they want and answer questions (point fingers) later, whichever is in their best interest to make more money immediately.

I believe like a lot of people here that once we have transparency and the numbers are in line combined with asset leveraged financing this stock has the potential to explode, and by that I mean .10+.

You know, every once in a while, someone comes along and blows you away...that post just did. I'm astonished at the level of honesty and insight that made that post brilliant. I know how hard it is to post all that can be said....but you did it. That post was so balanced that I actually forgot you have already invested money with the company. That post was just so cool that it just simply says what we are all thinking....it's all or none deal that will all be settled when the share structure numbers really come out...I guess the only decision now is if I want on the boat or not.

Thanks for all the hard work you put into a very difficult post. Now, this is the reason I read these threads.

Who knows what is true and what is not true right out of the mouth of all these OTCBB CEO's. Altomare at USXP, Mario Pino and others are so convincing and will tell you what you want to hear. Without reporting or putting it in writing they can say what they want and get away with it. Even then they still lie like RVMN and their wonderful management.
