If Treaty found any oil worth pumping, the word would have gotten out by now...Something like that does not stay a secret for long.

What makes senses is Treaty has found no oil in San Juan 3 and is trying to keep THAT secret.

Just hear say. Now, I'd love for her to get on a witness stand, or even an affidavit would do ,and testify under oath that she know's as fact there is no oil in Belize.
I know there " Is Oil In Belize ". That fact has been out now for many months. Heard it said myself.
