Is it that simple? If any of that total is from convertible debenture, then they would pay back the loan with the sale proceeds instead of release the shares, reducing the total amount of diluted shares.

My guess is that $30M would be about a nickel per share, but I'm also hoping that ILNS is worth a bit more than that.

Figure 9 million or less would retire all but 195 million shares.Then its one heck of a pps increase.

Remember the spike.Fat finger some say.Its worth .12 cents minimum.Someone got ahead of the news.
