Fins are current.....on the fins. Side of things the last quarter needed to be audited as all other quarters are completed. The S-1 needs to be filed to make stlk a fully SEC reporting company OTCQB listed.


This is supposed to take place just AFTER the PPA is completed. Companies choice to do it in this order.
